A little boy has been saved after he was found in an uncompleted building in Imo State with his hands and legs tied.
Information gathered revealed that the little boy was rescued by ECOWAS News crew after he was found in the building located around Umuguma Housing Estate in Owerri West Local Government Area of the state.
He is currently at the New Owerri police station.
