In the past few weeks, the ‘Ara’ crooner has been in the public eye over his controversial tweets about the Igbo community.

Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has warned singer Brymo over his anti-Igbo tweets.

The ‘Ara’ crooner who has been starved of publicity has in recent times found his feet with derogatory tweets against South easterners.

In his latest tweet on Sunday, he wrote:

“F**k The Ndi Igbo!! ..To Hell With It!!”. Well I know many Igbo people … and reality looks awry in them..” he wrote.

It all started after Brymo, who had earlier endorsed Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the February election, recently said the ‘Igbos are not ready for the presidency’.

The tweets provoked a wave of criticism on social media with some users expressing their disappointment with Brymo.

Joining the fray, Paul, who is a member of the music group P-Square, aimed a dig at his colleague who he described as “a tribal bigot.”

Although Rudeboy didn’t mention Byrmo’s name, he also expressed his disappointment with the singer who he accused of chasing clout.

“Mind what you are preaching .. election will come and go, we all will move on …But you decided to be a tribal bigot because you think you are getting some attention by insulting a particular region of Nigeria and some people are praising you. As an artiste I’m only disappointed,” Rudeboy wrote.
