The new board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has been inaugurated, The Nation reports.
The NDDC board was inaugurated by the Minister of the Niger Delta Development Affairs, Umana Okon Umana.
It is chaired by Lauretta Onochie, a former aide to President Muhamadu Buhari.
Umana urged the board to shun the indiscriminate award of contracts.
