A Ghanaian preacher, Rev. Dr. Kwadwo Bempah has stated that people should not give what belongs to God to the poor.
In a video which surfaced online, the clergyman during a church service told his congregants that it is not every poor person that should be looked upon with mercy.
According to him, some of the ones who are poor are simply going through the punishment for what evil deeds they had done in the past.
