Chief Edozie Njoku, the factional National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, has been granted bail on self-recognition by a Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Bwari.
Edozie alongside the factional National Youth Leader of the party, Chukwuemeka Nwoga, were remanded at the Suleja Correctional Centre on Monday on the orders of Justice Mohammed Madugu.

Justice Madugu while noting that the offences were bailable however urged the accused to produce a surety who must be a civil servant resident in Abuja of Grade Level 15 or above or a landed property owner with a certified Certificate of Occupancy.
