Nigerian Couple Performs Their Traditional Marriage Rites Amidst Flooding In Delta (Photos)

The traditional marriage ceremony was held on Thursday, November 3, 2022, in Ayakoromo, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta state.

 

Asiayei Enaibo and Emily Ekanpou, a Nigerian couple in Delta has gotten married in difficult situations.

The couple defied the flood currently ravaging Akparemogbene community and performed their traditional marriage rites. 

The traditional marriage ceremony was held on Thursday, November 3, 2022, in Ayakoromo, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta state. 

The couple and their guests took a boat to the platform constructed in the middle of the flooded communty for the ceremony.
