A Nigerian lady has taken to Twitter to accuse some police officers of asking her and a female friend to pull their clothes up during a stop and search exercise last night, October 24 in Lagos state.

In a tweet directed at the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the lady with the handle @meetdeda said she and her friends did not argue with the male officers because it happened on a lonely road.

She said she did not bother to get the names of the officers via their name tags as she just wanted them to leave the place as soon as possible.

She added that the incident happened under the bridge that leads to Bonny cantonment.
