A man who appeared to be a mentally-challenged person has been filmed on camera being confronted by soldiers.
In a viral video, he was seen bringing out bundles of Naira from his pocket on the floor when confronted by the soldiers.
In a video shared online, the soldiers who revealed that they saw him with a cutlass while going through some waste items, explicitly told him that they don't want to take his money but want to see what's in his pocket.
