Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the 2023 elections, has met with Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai, a former Chief Of Army Staff (COAS) and present Nigerian Ambassador to the Republic of Benin.
This comes as Tinubu intensifies consultations ahead of the election.
Politics Nigeria reports that the duo met on Thursday in Abuja, the Nigerian capital.

Meanwhile, reports had that leaders of the Fulani ethnic nationality are strategising to discuss with Tinubu issues affecting them and surrounding the 2023 general elections.
The leaders under the auspices of the Fulani Development Association of Nigeria stated this recently during the inauguration of their newly elected executives in Abuja.
According to them, after meeting with Tinubu and one of his opponents, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, they will announce their choice for the 2023 presidency.
