Sierra Leone Police released photos of those who allegedly took part in a violent protest last week and the late Dagrin photo is on the list.
Late Nigerian rapper, Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun aka Dagrin has been declared wanted by police in Sierra Leone.
This comes 12 years after his death.
Recall that Dagrin died from complications arising from injuries he sustained in a ghastly motor accident.
His car collided with a stationary trailer in front of Alakara Police Station, around 3am at Mushin in Lagos.
The rapper died at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, on Wednesday, 22nd April 2010 at the age of 26 and was buried on Friday, 30th April at the Ebony Millennium Private Vault, Atan Cemetery.
However, a surprising scenario seems to be playing out in Sierra Leone following photos of those who allegedly participated in a violent protest, which the police in the country released.
According to LIB, Sierra Leone Police released photos of those who allegedly took part in a violent protest last week and the late Dagrin photo is on the list.
Similarly, a Twitter user @Jeen_Yous who resides in Sierra Leone also shared the poster on the micro-blogging platform.
The tweet reads: ”The Sierra Leone Police release Pictures of wanted people who were part of the violent protest last week and late Nigerian rapper Dagrin is one of them. This country will always amaze me”
