Uche Igwe, an on-air personality, aka Darksam, has been re-arraigned before Chief Magistrate Adeola Adedayo of the Yaba Magistrate’s Court by the Lagos State Government on Tuesday.
He was arraigned for allegedly sharing a s*x video clip involving some school pupils.

The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Chief Magistrate Adedayo admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N10m with three sureties in like sum.
During the court sitting on Tuesday, the Lagos State Government, through its counsel, Omolola Saliu, re-arraigned the defendant on a fresh count.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge as well.
The new charge accused Igwe of distributing through his Twitter handle on April 18 the s*x video of some Chrisland pupils who were in Dubai for the World Schools Games.
The offence is said to be contrary to Section 23(2) of the Lagos State Domestic and S*xual Violence Agency Law 2021 with a penalty of seven-year custodial sentence.
The magistrate further adjourned the matter until September 28, 2022, for trial.
