Update: Body Recovered After Vehicle Was Swept Away By Flood In Lagos

Three other occupants were rescued while a third person managed to escape.

The lifeless body of the occupants in the Lexus Jeep that was swept away by flood in the Oko Oba, Orile Agege area of Lagos State, has been recovered.

The victim identified as Oluwaseyi Last Born, was the owner of the vehicle swept away during the Saturday, July 9, incident.

Another occupant identified as Oluwaseyi Vella, has also been confirmed dead. Three other occupants were rescued while a third person managed to escape.

Meanwhile, Member representing Agege Federal Constituency, Hon Dr. Babatunde Samuel Adejare, on Wednesday, July 13, visited the site of the flood incident.
