Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, the Sultan of Sokoto, had declared July 9 as Eid al-Adha, which is also known as the festival of sacrifice among Muslim faithful.
Nigeria's number one man, President Muhammadu Buhari, has stormed his hometown of Daura.
Buhari arrived Daura, his hometown in Katsina state on Friday.
The president is in Daura ahead of the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir.
