A Police personnel, CSP Johnbull, commander of Rapid Respond Squad Abia State said this during a meeting with locals in Abia.
A Police officer has revealed that Fulani herdsmen are responsible for kidnapping in the South East.
CSP Johnbull said the issue has been disturbing him since he was posted to Isiochi in Abia state.
During an interactive session with locals, he said he's doing all he can to make sure kidnapping and other criminal activities are reduced in the area.
The Police personnel, CSP Johnbull, commander of Rapid Respond Squad Abia State, while addressing protestors in the area, Oji, based on the commissioner's order revealed that Fulanis are behind the various kidnapping.
