How Soldiers Rescued Child Trafficker From Being Set Ablaze In Abia

According to a report by Daily Trust, soldiers stationed at Obikabia Junction in Aba North LGA of Abia State have rescued a 46-year-old woman suspected of child trafficking from being set ablaze by a mob.

The soldiers were at a military checkpoint a short distance from where the pandemonium broke out.

The woman had pleaded with the mob for mercy after confessing that she was caught with a schoolgirl she abducted from Ohanze junction by Umuobiakwa/Old Umuahia Road. 

As of the time of this report, the mother of the schoolgirl had been contacted to come and identify the child.
