Personal assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on new media, Bashir Ahmad has lost the All Progressives Congress ticket for Gaya, Ajingi and Albasu federal constituency.
Ahmad who polled only 16 votes at the primary election which was held on Friday, said he left the venue of the election because there were thugs.
The incumbent lawmaker who won the election, Mahmoud Abdullahi Gaya polled 106 votes.
