Injustice Is Fuelling Insecurity In Nigeria - Former Minister Of Education, Yerima Abdullahi

The Minister called on the federal government and Nigerians to prevail on the judiciary to remove inequities and uphold the tenets of rule of law and justice.

Ibrahim Yerima Abdullahi, a former Minister of Education has lamented about the worsening insecurity ravaging the nation.

According to Abdullahi, insecurity in the country is being fuelled by injustice.

Addressing newsmen on Monday, April 4 in Gombe State, the Minister called on the federal government and Nigerians to prevail on the judiciary to remove inequities and uphold the tenets of rule of law and justice.

Abdullahi who was a Minister of Education, Science, and Technology during the military regime of Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, further stated that there will be peace only if the judiciary would ensure equity, fairness, and justice.
