Goods worth millions were destroyed as an early morning fire gutted a popular market in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Karimo.

Findings revealed that the actual cause of the inferno is yet to be known.

A trader, who preferred to be called Sunday, disclosed that the inferno started from a shop before spreading to others.

In July last year, the market also went up in flames, razing no fewer than 200 stalls.

Sunday said: “Traders have started counting their losses and salvaging what was left of their goods”.

Goods worth millions were destroyed in the inferno, according to traders.

Details shortly…..
