Controversial politician and former Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye has mocked members of the All Progressives Congress after President Muhammadu Buhari signed the Electoral Act Amended Bill into law.
The former federal lawmaker said President Buhari has signed the ruling party’s “political obituary”.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari had on Friday signed the Electoral Act Amendment Bill 2021 into law.
The signing was held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja at about 12:30 pm in the presence of the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, Mahmood Yakubu; President of the Senate, Ahmed Lawan, among others.
Reacting via his Twitter page on Monday, Dino wrote:
“Wait ooooo l never see one person in APC commending Mr. President for signing Electoral Act 2022. Oga don sign their political Obituary. Odabo APC...”
