A new spokesman has been appointed by the Nigerian Navy (NN).
NN appointed Commodore Adedotun Olukayode Ayo-Vaughan as its new spokesman on Tuesday.
Rear Admiral JD Akpan, Director of Plans, in a statement, said the appointment followed the redeployment of his predecessor, Commodore Suleman Dahun, as Director of Civil Military Cooperation.
Commodore Ayo-Vaughan, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Masters Degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, is a member of the 43rd Regular Course of the Nigerian Defence Academy.
The statement further added that Commodore Ayo-Vaughan attended the French War College (Ecole de Guerre), Paris, France for his strategic course after obtained a Masters in Defence Management, Command and Strategy, Ecole de Guerre, France and Post Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas, USA.
