Fast-rising Nigerian singer, Ckay has been dragged online for liking a hate tweet targeted at his senior colleague, Wizkid.
The Twitter user who is yet to be identified wrote that she doesn’t understand the hype about Wizkid.
According to her, the likes of Ruger, Buju, Joeboy, Ckay, Ric Hassani, Johnny Drille are better singers than Wizkid. And she’d take any of them over Wizkid a million times over.
Ckay, who stumbled across the post, decided to like it. His action was noticed by a Tweep who took a screenshot and shared it on Twitter.
The fans of Wizkid on Twitter lost no time in dragging CKay through the mud.
They said CKay is ungrateful since he decided to hate on Wizkid despite bringing him out during his just-concluded three-day 02 events.
They hurled insults at him while advising him to quit feeling fly with his Global hit song, Love Nwantiti.
The fans warned him never to disrespect Wizkid and to instead use his time to write songs that won’t rely on TikTok to blow.
