The baby identified simply as J.K, was found in a forest in Kangendu, Ndenderu in Kiambu County after the family spent days looking for him.
In what will come across as a really startling development, a three-year-old baby who was kidnapped by his uncle over a debt his parents owed him, has been found hidden in a forest in Kenya.
The baby identified simply as J.K, was found in a forest in Kangendu, Ndenderu in Kiambu County after the family spent days looking for him.
After the minor went missing from his parents' home in Ndenderu, it was reported that an abandoned baby was found in the forest.
While its unclear if the baby was being given food during the time he was missing, his relatives, parents and friends first rushed him to a local police station where they recorded a statement.
The minor was then taken to Gachie hospital where he was examined, before the doctors gave him a clean bill of health.
J.K’s mother told newsmen that it has been established that the baby was kidnapped by his paternal uncle, who told the police that he took the action after his brother failed to pay him his money.
The baby's mother said; “My husband has denied that he owes him any money and I fail to understand why he decided to pull such a move."
