Yahaya Bello and Deji Adeyanju
Popular Nigerian activist, Deji Adeyanju has accused Governor Yahaya Bello of destroying Kogi State beyond repairs.
Deji Adeyanju, the convener of Concerned Nigeria, said Kogi State is the worst state in Nigeria under Bello’s leadership.
The rights activist claimed Bello’s government cannot account for the over N250 billion collected from IGR, FAAC and loans.
In a tweet, Adeyanju alleged that Bello was making efforts to sell off the state’s assets.
According to Adeyanju: “At 30 years, Kogi State is the worst governed state in Nigeria.
“Yahaya Bello has destroyed the state beyond recognition.
“Over N250 billion collected from IGR, FAAC, loans, etc unaccounted for. He now wants to start selling state assets.”
Adeyanju, who had always been critical of Bello said the governor should not be allowed to govern hellfire, let alone Nigeria.
He had described Bello as a complete failure.
