More graphic details about the shocking death of Emeritus Director of the Warri Choral Society (WCS), Pa Joe Ayomike, and his wife, Chinyere have been made public.
According to the son of the victims, they were found dead at their home in the GRA area of Warri, Delta state on Monday, June 28, shot and macheted.
In a viral video, the young Ayomike while announcing the passing of his parents, said
''Brothers and sisters, it is with a heavy heart that I announce the death of my great father, Mr Joseph Ayomike, who was found together with his wife brutally murdered this morning (yesterday). He was found shot, cut with machetes and stabbed.
May his soul rest in peace, may her soul rest in peace''
The spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Bright Edafe, while confirming the incident, said no arrest has been made.
