The House of Representatives has ordered Nigeria's Minister of Information and Tourism, Lai Mohammed to appear before it.
He is to appear before the house to answer questions why Nigeria banned Twitter’s operation in the country.
Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila disclosed these while addressing his colleagues on the resumption of plenary after two weeks break.
Mr Gbajabiamila also said that the Minister of Information and Tourism, Lai Mohammed, would be invited to brief the House on the decision.
The Speaker added that the House Committees of Communication, Justice and Legal Matters as well as Information are to submit a report within 10 days to enable the House take an informed decision on the ban.
