Popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has urged Nigerians to stop fighting for God.

According to him, religious fanatics should channel the energy they usually use to fight for God and use it to fight bad leaders in Nigeria.

The proud father of four made this known in a tweet he made recently on his verified Twitter page, where he advised religious fanatics never to force people to believe in their faith, rather they should strive to fight and force out bad governments and leaders.

In his words:

“Everyone has the right to believe in whatever. You can preach your religion but you have no right to force your religion upon others. It’s not your job to fight for God. God created the world, He can fight his battles. Instead, fight to liberate yourself from bad leadership.”
