A frontline health worker at the National Hospital, Abuja Dr Cyprian Ngong, recently became the first Nigerian to receive a dose of the Oxford–AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine in Nigeria.

Many prominent Nigerians have taken the COVID-19 vaccine.
