Wizkid’s “Made in Lagos” Makes History, Becomes Longest Charting African Album On Billboard

Nigerian musician, Wizkid has achieved another milestone after his made in Lagos album broke a record.

Musician Wizkid has made history in Africa.
 
The popular musician has become the first Nigerian and African with the longest charting African album on the Billboard World Albums chart.
 
This is coming after his 'made in Lagos' album spent thirteen weeks  on the Billboard World Albums chart.
 
The big feat was announced by the singer’s official fan page on Instagram on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.
 
Making the announcement, the page wrote “#MadeinLagos has now spent 13 weeks on the Billboard World Albums chart. It is now the longest charting African album this decade. Swipe up to stream let’s get more weeks.”Wizkid: longest charting African album
