A former commmissioner in Edo state has died after contracting the deadly coronavirus.

The death of Comrade Didi Adodo has been announced.
According to TheNation, the former Edo State Commissioner for Establishment, Labour and Special Duties died on Tuesday after battling with COVID-19 complications for days.
Until his death, he was the General Secretary of the The Iron and Steel Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ISSSAN).
