The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 164 new cases of the ravaging coronavirus in the country.

Nigeria has recorded 164 new cases of Coronavirus on Monday October 12, as confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

A breakdown of the new cases is as follows; Lagos-64, FCT-26, Enugu-20, Kaduna-11, Oyo-11, Plateau-8, Ondo-7, Anambra-4, Nasarawa-3, Osun-3, Ebonyi-2, Imo-2, Benue-1, Katsina-1, Ogun-1.

There are now 60,430 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country and 1,115 deaths have been recorded.  51,943 patients who recovered from the disease have also been discharged.
