Nigerians have been left ranting on social media after two public figures claimed ownership of same car on Instagram.

Clout chasing has entered a new phase after Nigerian Dubai-based big boy, Hushpuppi and American rapper, Lil Pump claimed ownership of the same car on Instagram.
The two public figures posted photos of the same car, which has same colour and plate number while claiming ownership of the luxury automobile.
While Hushpuppi posted a photo of the car in August of this year, Lil Pump posted a photo of the same car some hours ago.

The incident has attracted attention from netizens who have bashed the two personalities for trying to deceive people with their fake lifestyle.
Posting the photo, Lil Pump wrote: "I got 2 purple wraiths 1 in La 1 in Dubai šš§š¼āāļøš"
However, Hushpuppi who posted the photo months ago shared it with the caption:
"They say you have to be a certain caliber of man to be respect by certain caliber of people, today Iām proud of the success of a lot of young people that were raised in the slum/hood and made beyond the middle class level. When I see majority of houses on the island is owned by young people raise in the mainland by parents from the lower class. Thereās a major shifting now in the wealth sharing, a lot of rich kids now work under CEOs who had less resources than them while growing up. I want anyone out there to know where you come from or how u are raised is not a factor to determine how far you can reach in life, most of the wealthiest people in the world were not raised with silver spoons, be determined, and donāt let society and media distract you with this new culture of being addicted to substances that gets you high thatās killing a lot of peopleās dreams out there, drinking codeine and smoking all that stuffs donāt equal to āhaving funā donāt kill your own destiny with your ignorance.
