Babcock University Teaching Hospital Makes History...See their Latest Feat (Photos)

The teaching hospital of Babcock university have hit the headlines through a medical feat that has inspired all other medical institutions in Nigeria.

Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State, recorded a feat last Thursday, as the first heart surgery was performed in the institution’s Teaching Hospital, by its surgeons which lasted six hours.

The first beneficiary of this feat in the history of the university, is a 34-year-old woman who was operated on by cardio thoracic surgeons, Professor Kamar Adeleke, Dr. Michael Sanusi, Dr. Mudashiru Lawal and Dr. Edward Anderson, all resident doctors, and the operation was a success.
