The SSG of Adamawa State, Dr Umar Bindir, has been captured on camera justifying owning of AK 47 and other weapons by Fulani herdsmen.

In a video which emerged online on Thursday, the Secretary to the Adamawa State Government, Umar Bindir, was seen justifying why the killer Fulani herdsmen are owning and moving around freely with AK47 guns.

It was gathered that the politician made the revelation while speaking at a press conference in the state house on Tuesday, December 12th.
