The former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Andrew Laah Yakubu, whose $9,722,800 and 74,000 pounds, was discovered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), stashed in a fire-proof safe in his house in Kaduna, has been arraigned this Thursday morning.
