Did Buhari, APC Promise to Make $1 Equal N1?...See What the Presidency is Saying

 

Bashir Ahmad, the Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media, has dismissed reports that the President, his Vice, Yemi Osinbajo and All Progressive Congress, APC, promised to make $1 equivalence of N1.

 

Rumour once had it that the Buhari’s APC, during 2015 Presidential campaign promised to make $1 equal N1.

 

Ahmaad made the denial on his Twitter handle @BashirAhmaad while responding to some Nigerians.

 

A Twitter user by the name David Attah asked, “Just for clarity. Did PMB, PYO or the APC campaign team ever promise to make N1 equal to $1?"

 

 

But responding, Ahmad said, “There was no such promise. Never!”
