Usually, the practice of participating in Ponzi schemes is to give and receive help, but a widows seems to have a pathetic story on her shocking experience.

According to Channels Television, a lady identified as Mrs Dauda Maiduguri, has revealed a pathetic story how she was defrauded N2.9 million by one Philemon Ibrahim of who is a guider of Ponzi scheme, Global Funds International who is being interrogated by the Police.

The Benue State Commissioner of Police, Bashir Makama, is warning against such practices, advising Nigerians not to involve themselves in such ”get rich quick” means of getting money.
