Photo-journalists who trooped to the venue of Ghana's Independence Day celebration were handed a real shocker when they were asked to do the unexpected in order to cover the event.
The photo-journalists who were accredited to cover Ghana's 59th Independence Day parade yesterday, March 6, were heartily marched to the venue for the event only to get a shocker.
When they got to the Black Star square, the venue of the parade, they were all asked to climb onto a tipper truck to get proper coverage.
A perhaps more humiliating part and maybe even dangerous thing to do, was that they had to get into the truck on a wobbly ladder.
