The People's democratic Party spokesman Chief Olisa Metuh, was finlly released from Kuje prison, Abuja on Thursday night, January 28, after he met bail conditions.
Metuh was accused of fraudulently receiving N400 million from the NSA Office in November, 2014, and laundering $2 million through a phoney investment transaction.
The PDP executive has also been slammed with a fresh charge of attempt to tamper with evidence while in the custodey of the EFCC.
He had been remanded in Kuje prison for weeks but was finally freed as his trial continues.
