For a third time, PDP's chieftain, Olisa Metuh has appeared in Abuja high court in handcuff just like a common criminal.

Embattled spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh, is now live at the court in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) , Abuja, where debate on his bail application will take place.
The party chieftain arrived at the court at 10:45am handcuffed and escorted by officers of the Nigeria Prison Service, but the metal restraint was removed just before he entered the court.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), had on Thursday arraigned him before Ishaq Bello of the FCT high court for charges bordering on destruction of evidence.
Metuh is also facing a seven-count charge of money laundering to the tune of N400m at the federal high court, Abuja.
The PDP spokesman is among a host of other personalities facing criminal charges for alleged complicity in the $2.1bn arms purchase affair. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge of money laundering, and has alleged that the government is trying to break him for his critical stance on the Buhari administration.
